Rubber Gasket Full Face Flange Type
RUBBER NBR is used where excellent oil resistance is needed. They are widely used in sealing applications, especially for oil and gasoline (aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons). Main applications include gaskets, seals, diaphragms, gasoline hoses, liners, tubing, O-rings and cable jacketing. Carboxylation values are also used as rubber reinforcement in many epoxy formulations.
Typical values have a working temperature range of -25 ° C to + 100 ° C. Some low acrylonitrile materials are suitable for applications up to -50 ° C and some cured peroxide values rise to + 150 ° C.
