Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Gasket Revata Engineering is a precision machine, metal sealing ring suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications.
The Joint Gasket Ring is designed to cover with "initial line contact" or wedging action between the mating flange and the gasket. By applying pressure to the seal of the interface through the strength of the bolt, the soft metal of the gaskets flows into the micro-fine structure of the harder flange material, creating a very tight and efficient seal.
