Product Description: Spiral wound gaskets take high quality alloy or stainless steel belt as base material and graphite, asbestos, PTFE as wound spiral filler material in V or W type.
It is used in flange joints of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, shipbuilding, pipes, valves, pumps, vessel pressure, condensers, towers, holes and handholes as static seals. Due to its high mechanical strength, comfortable use and good compression resistance, it is more suitable for alternating temperature alternating chances.
Material of the inner and outer ring belts: monel, titanium pure outer ring belt, inner ring, base shape.
Operating temperature of spiral wound gasket graphite: -200-850. Working pressure: 0-20MPa
Operating temperature of asbestos spiral wound gasket: -200-500. Working pressure: 0-25MPa
Operating temperature of PTFE spiral wound gasket: -200-260. Working pressure: 0-10Mpa.
