Specification of Basic Spiral Wound Gasket Model
Specifications (SWG)
Spiral Wound gasket (SWG) High Temperature.
Product Description: Spiral wound gaskets take high quality alloys or stainless steel belts as base material and graphite, asbestos, PTFE as spiral wound filling material in V or W types.
It is used in flange joints from petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, shipbuilding, pipes, valves, pumps, pressure vessels, condensers, towers, holes and hand holes as static seals. Because of its high mechanical strength, comfort of using and good compression resistance, it is more suitable for heavy chance of alternating temperatures.
The material of the inner and outer ring of the belt: monel, titanium pure belt outer ring, inner ring, basic shape.
